My name is Devon and I can say with no ego that I am the (unofficial) king of consignment RV sales. Well ok…not really of course, but I feel like it. Dont worry, I am not that “used car” looking guy with slicked back hair and a flashy salesman smile, and I don’t even do this for a living. I just help out people with RV shopping, buying and selling for a hobby … an avocation, not an occupation. In real life I’m a mechanic that works on aircraft for a major airline. I have recently discovered the beauty of consignment RV sales, specifically you guys!
I have bought anywhere from 10-12 RVs for family and friends and I have sold 6. I have a pretty active social life, and a whole lot of friends. Sometimes I get calls from friends of those friends even! They trust my opinion and experience with buying and selling recreational vehicles, because RV’s are my hobby, and outdoor RV adventure is the story of my life! When I’m not working, there is nowhere that I’d rather be than kicking back in my Thor Transport up by the lake, drowning worms!
I thought I would just drop a line on this blog cause whereas I have not used consignment RV sales that often, my one experience was solid enough for me to let people know about it, and guarantee I will use you guys again. My ex father-in-law had a beautiful 06’ Feetwood on his hands and I had heard about sellmyrvtoday.com over some light-hearted bar banter. I gave them a call and before I knew it, I was helping him do business. I was very impressed with the simplicity of the operation. The price offered for his RV was more than fair and I walked away from the deal feeling like it was a great win-win for the both of them. That is rare in any sort of RV consignment sale with other companies. I also felt very good about them being registered with the Better Business Bureau. In short, in just a few days the deal was completely done and he had a check in his hands … if I’m lyin’ I’m dyin’!
All I got out of the deal was a six-pack of suds and a pat on the back, but that’s plenty pay for me.
