Many believe that you can buy an RV a lot faster than you can sell one. That’s true on the RV consignment Southern California lots, but you CAN sell an RV quickly through other means.

I once saw a pair of earrings at a consignment shop that I wanted desperately. I was trying to be frugal that day so I didn’t buy them. I went back 4 hours later and they were gone. I’ve never forgotten that pair of earrings. They were fabulous. It left me with the impression that consignment sales are quick. It’s an impression that that I took with me when I was shopping for an RV a few years ago. I started on the RV consignment lots. I would find an RV I wanted and I would feel pressured to buy it before it was gone because, of course, previous earring experience had taught me that consignment items were sold very quickly. I would have to talk myself down because I wasn’t quite ready to buy and I didn’t want to rush such a big purchase. In the end, I found an RV that I was fairly certain I wanted to buy. I went back weekly for about 2 months before I actually signed the papers. After the deal was done, they told me that that RV had been waiting a few months for me to arrive. So selling is apparently not quick on RV consignment Southern California lots. That’s what I get for comparing RVs to earrings. Both fabulous, but that’s where the ability to compare should end.

That was my RV purchasing experience. I would recommend it. I enjoyed the buying experience on the RV consignment Southern California lots. Years later, it was time for me to sell my RV. Due to the length of time the sales seem to take, I already knew that I didn’t want to use the RV consignment Southern California lots as a seller.

Instead I used SellMyRVToday.com.

I found them online. They are a professional RV buyer. They offer the opportunity to get instant cash for your RV instead of the long waiting times for a buyer that occur when selling “by owner” or through consignment. I found them to be very professional and helpful.

More notably, they were fast! I called them on a Monday and my RV was paid for and gone by Thursday. The entire process was easy because they did everything. All I had to do was have an RV for sale, agree to sell it and then accept the certified funds. That’s my kind of sale. If I decide to buy another RV in the future, I might go back to the consignment lots in my local area, but for RV selling, I will always return to SellMyRVToday.com. It was too good of a process not to repeat if the opportunity ever arises.

I just wanted to sell my RV online, which didn’t seem like too strange of a request, but I ran across something equally intriguing and odd. I read something that mentioned a professional RV buyer. I had never heard of such a thing. I don’t quite understand what it means. I wanted to sell my RV online, but before I do, I want to find out…what’s a professional RV buyer?

- John T., Oakland

Here at SellMyRVToday.com we hear this question a lot. Our first answer is always this: WE are a professional RV buyer. Since that doesn’t really give enough information, we’ll continue on a bit.

SellMyRVToday.com is a website run by one of the largest professional RV buyers in the country. As a professional RV buyer, we purchase RVs that are for sale on a regular basis. The fact that we are a professional RV buyer makes us more available as we are advertising for sellers to come directly to us. We make the “wait for a buyer” simply go away. Since the wait for a buyer when selling a recreational vehicle can be up to several months, this is a huge benefit to RV sellers.

Another benefit that we, as a professional RV buyer, offer to recreational vehicle sellers is speed. We don’t just buy RVs, we buy them today. It’s like our name says. RV sellers who are frustrated by how slow all the RV purchases seem to take through selling by owner or consignment lots, are always extremely relieved to find us, because our transactions are typically completed in 1 to 3 days. We specialize in buying late model RVs and motorhomes like Class A’s, Class B’s, Class C’s, diesel pushers, etc. The only popular RV type that we don’t buy outright is the fifth wheel. We have been doing this for a long time and have the RV buying process down to a science. You can benefit from our experience, as you will receive a transaction that is not only fast, but also free of hassle and stress.

Next time you find yourself thinking, “I want to sell my RV online,” remember that you have a great advantage when you contact a professional RV buyer like SellMyRVToday.com.

I want to sell my RV. Some might say that I need to sell my RV. They would be absolutely right. The need to sell my RV has already led me to list an ad through an online sales service, post a sign in the windshield of the vehicle and check out RV consignment options available locally. Nothing has been able to offer me the immediate solution that I need.

If I had months to wait for a good buyer prepared to pay a small price, and actually follow through and close the deal, I wouldn’t have a problem. The problem is that I don’t have months.

Have you been a victim of the not-so-effective RV consignment Texas options? To sell RVs on your own or through consignment can be time consuming and annoying. That all changes with SellMyRVToday.com. Which will you choose?

Erin P. of Dallas chose to avoid RV consignment Texas options. She said, “I almost added my RV to the others on the consignment lot near my house, but luckily, at the last minute, a friend recommended I check out other options online. I almost immediately found SellMyRVToday.com. It saved me a lot of time!”

John G. of Boerne said, “I’ve sold RVs by owner in the past. I sold the vehicles, but it was entirely unpleasant. I did not like the hassle of dealing with all the strangers. I did not like the hassle of showing my vehicle over and over. I hated that my life was overcome by other people’s schedules. Many of them weren’t even serious about purchasing my RV. It was more like window-shopping. The last time I sold an RV, I used SellMyRVToday.com. It avoided the entire hassle of buyers that were not truly interested. I didn’t even have to show the vehicle at all.”

Emma S. of San Antonio said, “It’s not surprising that I used SellMyRVToday.com. My job requires efficiency at almost all costs. I find that the need for efficiency runs into my personal life, too. So when I found out that SellMyRVToday.com would allow me to sell my recreational vehicle within a few days, I jumped right on it.”

At SellMyRVToday.com we continue to buy RVs because that’s what we do. RV owners are going to continue to sell RVs for their own reasons. That’s what they do. Most RVers don’t own one recreational vehicle for life. It’s an ever-evolving process. At one point in your life you’ll decide a travel trailer is the most convenient, and that it works for you. Then you’ll suddenly have a craving for more luxury on the road and it will lead you to consider Class A motorhomes. Or maybe you’ll figure that the versatility of the trailer needs to be combined with luxury in a new fifth wheel. Every RVer’s path of ownership will be different, but the path is going to be riddled with the need to sell RVs. That’s what SellMyRVToday.com is for, so don’t forget that we can make the process a whole lot easier on you.

If you’re considering RV consignment Houston options for the sale of your recreational vehicle, you should reconsider. RVs can be difficult to sell, but not with SellMyRVToday.com.

I’ve done this multiple times. The first time I sold my RV I went through one of the many RV consignment Houston lots. I didn’t like that they took a portion of the sale price. I felt that I could have completed the transaction on my own without losing the percentage that traditionally goes to the consignment dealer.

The next few times I sold an RV I sold it on my own. I believe that I handled the sales appropriately and that I got a good price for my vehicles, but the process was not enjoyable for me. I wasn’t born to be a salesman. If I had been, maybe I would have been happy to stop searching for selling options at this point because each of the RV sales I handled “by owner” did turn out in my favor. The only thing was that I didn’t want to sell my RV; I don’t like selling anything.

Some might say that the obvious solution would be to stop selling my RVs, to choose one and stick to the decision. This is logical and it would work for some people, but not for me. I reserve the right to be finicky when it comes to my vehicle purchases. I think experiencing the RVing lifestyle through different RVs makes it all that much more adventurous.

I guess that means I’m pretty lucky that there’s a company out there that buys RVs. I couldn’t really believe it when I first stumbled upon a review of the company online. They are actually in the business of buying RVs and they keep it all professional. They keep it so professional, in fact, that the entire process is “said and done” in 1 to 3 days in most cases. This is a major asset to RV sellers everywhere because the typical time period required for the sale of a recreational vehicle through the for sale by owner listings or the RV consignment Houston lots is weeks or even months. With SellMyRVToday.com I was able to get the professionalism that people expect from the consignment RV lots along with increased speed and efficiency of the sale process. I couldn’t have been happier when they delivered my certified funds and picked up my vehicle. You can be sure I’ll be selling to them again.

An email came in recently from a SellMyRVToday.com customer who caught our attention with a great quote from Davy Crockett. I loved his outright dedication to the state of Texas. You’ll see what I mean when you read it.

Dear SellMyRVToday.com,

I recently decided to sell my RV. I looked into the RV consignment Texas offered. I figured that I was centrally located enough here in my small town to take advantage of the RV consignment Texas based dealers located out of both Houston and Dallas. I could even handle the drive to Austin or San Antonio if it meant getting a good price on a quick sale.

As Davy Crockett said, “The rest of you can go to hell. I’m going to Texas.” I second the sentiment. I’ve never lived anywhere that was so all-inclusive. I have everything I need here in the Lone Star state. That’s why I figured I would be able to find the consignment RV lot that would handle the sale for me in the area.

Everything is bigger in Texas – everyone knows that. It’s true of RVs, too. Texans love recreational vehicles, especially the larger models. It was evident when I frequented a few of the RV consignment Texas lots. There were a LOT of options. I felt that my RV was simply going to get lost in the jumble.

That’s when I stumbled upon SellMyRVToday.com. As soon as I read that you buy RVs outright within a few days, I was sold. I made contact and sold my RV. You already know that though because you bought it and even picked it up from my house. It was fast and it was easy and I got my funds by certified check. It was so simple that people don’t believe me that I already sold my motorhome. The neighbors think I’m playing a joke on them. (That could have something to do with the fact that I did once sneak it into their backyard in the night so that they would wake up to it outside their bedroom window the next morning). We do things like that. I guess they’ll eventually have to accept the fact that I’m not trying to pull anything over on them, but that I actually did sell my RV in less than a week.

Thanks for all your help!

Sincerely,

James R. Cook

This email recently came in from a previous SellMyRVToday.com customer that identified herself as RV Consignment, Houston Girl. Read on for her take on the comparison between consignment RV options in Houston and the SellMyRVToday.com process.

Dear SellMyRVToday.com,

I sold my RV! I’m so excited that I can’t even put it into words. I loved that the SellMyRVToday.com guys handled this in less than a week. Why am I so excited about this entire deal? Here’s why:

Before I called SellMyRVToday.com I tried selling my RV on my own. First I tried just throwing a sign up in the window. I had a lot of interest and thought it was going great for about a week. Then I realized that the people coming to see my RV were simply jumping on the chance to check out a recreational vehicle of that particular size and shape, see how well it holds up to use, and consider the various wear and tear issues that can occur. They never even acted that interested in purchasing it. They did, however, want me to meet them at the storage yard, open the vehicle, hang out while they chatted and walked through it a million times and then asked for a test drive. It was more than annoying.

I quickly decided that selling by owner wasn’t going to work for me.

Next I tried the RV consignment route. Houston has a lot of RV consignment lots and let me tell you…throughout the course of my RV selling career I’ve tried a good-sized handful of them. It was time consuming and tedious. It was better than selling by owner, but I needed to sell my RV and it just wasn’t happening. It was on the lots for months without any really serious interest.

Then I heard about your company. I contacted SellMyRVToday.com and within 4 days my RV was gone. I had certified funds in my hands and the RV selling debacle was over. It’s just too bad I didn’t call SellMyRVToday.com first. That would have been a much smarter move. Just call me RV Consignment Houston Girl. I’ve earned the title.

Thanks,

Lisa (aka RV Consignment Houston Girl)

You want to sell your RV. You may have loved your recreational vehicle. You may have hated it. You may have taken it out every weekend and holiday for the past 4 years, or perhaps you’ve never pulled it out of your driveway (It happens). We don’t care. We’re in the business of buying RVs. That is simply what we do. We’re not just any RV consignment dealers, we are the best and the most efficient. We know what you’re coming to us for and we’re ready to provide it.

We know that you don’t want to handle the paperwork. The title transfer process is traumatic and anxiety-ridden for those who have never handled it before. You don’t want to learn the process. You don’t want to be responsible for the possibility that you could do it wrong. Horror of horrors…you could sign on the wrong line! The ramifications of just such a silly, seemingly meaningless mistake can be massively obnoxious and annoying. You don’t have time for that!

We know that you are a little nervous about making sure that the bank is paid off while making sure that any extra funds are deposited into your bank account without any problem. We’ve all heard the horrible stories of rip-offs completed through “for sale by owners” and funds that never actually came through with no way to contact that “buyer” (the one that seemed so nice and trustworthy). You don’t want to worry about that!

Then there’s the time involved. The time you will need to dedicate to creating ads, getting the RV for sale info out there for the buyers to find, and fielding the interested phone calls, texts, and emails. You’ll also need to sift through the riff raff to identify the serious buyers, or you’ll be inundated by no-show appointments and “for fun” lookers that you really don’t want to spend your free time hanging around.

So what do you do? That’s easy. You don’t do anything we’ve just discussed. That would be a waste of your time. Instead, you simply get in touch with us here at SellMyRVToday.com. We don’t find any of the above tasks horrible or annoying because it’s our job. That’s our 9 to 5 (plus nights and weekends). We like it, because that’s what we do. We’re RV consignment dealers. We buy RVs. So if you have one to sell we’re a great bet! You want to sell, and as a solid, reputable RV consignment dealer, we definitely want to buy. And as you may have noticed in our company name, we want to buy TODAY! So let’s get moving.

Houston offers its fair share of RV consignment lots and options. Many RV owners looking to sell, choose to go the “consignment” route. It’s a pretty good route when it comes to RV sales. It offers individual owners the chance to drastically increase the exposure of their RV for sale. It also offers the assistance of experienced sales professionals that can ensure that the paperwork that goes along with a typical RV sale is handled appropriately. Houston RV consignment is definitely better than selling by owner, but what’s better than consignment?

The best method is to call a reputable, experienced company that is waiting to purchase your RV outright. You heard me correctly. At Sell My RV Today we don’t just have experience aiding buyers in selling their vehicles, we are extensively experienced in actually purchasing RVs. You simply get in touch and advise us that you have a recreational vehicle that you’d like to sell. Rather than attempt to sell it on a consignment basis (which can take months or longer), we just buy your RV. We’re interested in buying any model 2002 or newer (except trailers). We pay you in certified funds and pickup your vehicle from your desired location (anywhere in the USA or Canada). We handle all the title paperwork and bank payoffs as necessary.

You want instant cash for your RV? Of course you do. Who wouldn’t want it to be that easy? Well, that’s what we’re all about. You’re welcome to look into other Houston RV consignment options. There are some great ones if that’s the route you decide to use for your RV sale, but it’s not as quick and hassle free as the instant purchase of your recreational vehicle through SellMyRVToday.com. With us, your RV will be sold and your transaction completed within 1-3 days in most cases. That’s what we do and we’re good at it. Get in touch today and we’ll confirm just how easy it is to get cash immediately for your RV.

Suddenly Thinking About Visiting Consignment RV Dealers?

Are you suddenly considering visiting consignment RV dealers? When the new year rolls around, many people find themselves suddenly thinking about doing things that they’ve never done before.

Are you suddenly considering visiting consignment RV dealers? When the new year rolls around, many people find themselves suddenly thinking about doing things that they’ve never done before. For some that means discovering consignment RV dealers.

We all know what’s happening. We’re looking for something new and exciting, better or more healthy. It’s the mob mentality of resolving to be better and do better that occurs every January. We all decide to make these annual resolutions. Most of us are very excited about them. Some of us follow through. Most who follow through only do so for a week or maybe a month. Then there is the rare individual who makes a resolution for the year and they actually dedicate the mental time and energy to making it happen. This is the point of the resolution, but it’s harder than it sounds.

If you are suddenly considering visiting consignment RV dealers, your resolution probably involves selling your recreational vehicle. It could be that you see the selling of your motorhome as the way to meet your resolution for decreasing your leisure spending. Or it’s possible that you are selling in order to upgrade or downgrade your recreational vehicle as a means of fulfilling resolutions to travel more or spend more time with family, etc. Whatever your resolutions are, stick to it. If selling your RV is your New Year’s resolution, you’re in luck. You can have it accomplished within a week. That’s starting the year off right. You can’t get it done that quickly with just any of the consignment RV dealers, but with SellMyRVToday.com you’ll have the sale completed within 1 to 3 days on average.

If the only resolution you made involved sell my RV and you get it done within a week or so of the New Year, you might have a problem. You could find yourself getting lazy. To counteract that issue, we recommend you go ahead and choose a secondary resolution. You wouldn’t want to be so efficient that you have nothing to work towards for the rest of the year!
