Selling (Or Not) on RV Consignment NH Lots
April 30, 2012 12:00 pmEarlier this year I decided it was time to sell my recreational vehicle. I hadn’t indulged in a road trip in quite a while, I had no urge to plan one and I really wanted to pool the money to pay off some bills that were making me crazy. It was the perfect moment to end my obsession with the RV. I had always loved the idea of the consignment lot so I arranged to have my vehicle handled by one of the RV consignment NH lots in my area.
It seemed like a good idea at first. They were going to handle the potential buyers so I wouldn’t have to interact constantly with strangers and attempt to pretend that I’m a good salesman. The company would also handle the major paperwork so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. It sounded great. I set it up and then I waited. I waited for a long time. Nothing happened.
My RV was sitting on the RV consignment NH lot looking all pretty and ready to be purchased, but it wasn’t the only RV on the lot and there weren’t enough buyers to go around. After 3 months with no serious buyers I decided patience was only a virtue in certain situations and this wasn’t one of them. I started looking for other options because the RV consignment NH lots were not doing the job for me. I needed to sell my RV, not simply go through the motions. It seemed I got ready to sell it and then was waiting forever until a buyer stumbled across it. I needed some real help.
I found it with SellMyRVToday.com. With SellMyRVToday.com I was able to sell my recreational vehicle in less than a week. I can’t believe how much time I wasted watching my RV not sell on the consignment lot. The difference was that there was no wait for a buyer. They just bought it outright. SellMyRVToday.com started the transaction immediately. It was completed with 1 to 3 days. They gave me payment for my vehicle and picked it up at my home. They handled all the paperwork. It was the easiest thing I’d ever done, and that’s really interesting considering that the purchase of an RV is a major purchase, and will often come with a lot of hassle and a lot of delays.
I’m relieved that I discovered that there was a way to get help when I needed to sell my recreational vehicle. The deed is done now and I don’t have to worry about it anymore. Who knows? If I hadn’t decided to stop being so patient, maybe my RV would still be hanging around on the NH consignment lots. I, for one, am sure glad that’s not the case.
