RV Consignment – California

I’ve been looking for info on how to conduct a consignment sale of my recreational vehicle. I’ve been able to find some information regarding the RV consignment (California) options. They seem very limited. I assume that the local nature of the process is going to leave me waiting on the line for a buyer to take the bait for just as long (or almost as long) as if I listed the RV for sale on my own.

I was looking for something more than just RV consignment California options that limited me to a small, local area. I wanted some sort of consignment option that would enable my RV to become a viable purchase option for a large group of people across a wider area. It just seemed obvious that the likelihood of a timely sale would drastically increase if this were the case.

I didn’t rip anyone off and I didn’t get ripped off. I got a fair price to sell my RV, which was in good condition. They issued a cashier’s check for the payoff amount and sent it directly to the lender and they issued a second cashier’s check for the remaining purchase price after the lien was paid off and got it directly to me.

I loved getting a check in the mail. I loved that they took care of all the paperwork on my behalf, but most of all I love that I never even had to leave my house. They even came to pick up the RV here at my house once the deal was done. How long did all of that take? 2 days. I had to announce just how impressed I was with the entire deal.
