How Do I Sell My RV For Cash?

My name is Richard Medina, and I wanted to sell my RV for cash.  However, I am one of those guys that always seems to get the short end of the stick when it comes to selling things.  I have had a lot of rough luck selling vehicles, jewelry, homes or whatever.  I always have this “desperate” attitude and I know it shows, so people know that they can talk me down in price … and they always do!  It seems like my luck changed when I found your website though.

I had a fifth wheeler (2006 Forest River Cardinal) that I needed to sell.  I loved it, but I’m moving from a house into an apartment, and I have nowhere to park it.  I put an ad in the newspaper and also placed it on two Internet auction sites (I don’t know if I can say their name or not) where I have seen RVs for sale before. I got quite a few calls from people saying that wanted to purchase my RV, but they were all from dealers who wanted me to give it away to them.  The prices they were talking about were just ridiculous!  I’d rather give it away than sell it for those prices.  That is why I was skeptical when I read an article about your company’s RV consignment, and how you are the people to contact if I’m looking to sell my RV for cash.

I have to say that I was not expecting what came next.  I live right here in Tucson, Arizona where I believe you are based.  I thought that since you go anywhere in the country to pick RVs, you would want to come look at mine before agreeing on a price.  However, your people told me that all they needed was some information about it over the phone, and they would formulate a plan.  I answered all the questions, and then the gentleman made an offer to me.  I was a little confused.  I asked if he was really making a serious offer, or if he was just arriving at a starting point.  He told me he was serious, so I said “yes.”  It really was that simple.  I told them I wanted to sell my RV for cash, and within a few days some gentleman showed up with a check in hand and took my trailer away.  Are you serious?

I don’t really have anything profound to say, just a “thank you” for living up to your word.  I didn’t really believe that you were really going to buy my RV until I got the check in hand.  I guess I should just be grateful, but I was just so shocked that I called to tell you I wanted to sell my RV for cash, and you made it happen … right away!  Oh, and you paid me a very fair price.  Thank you Sellmyrvtoday.com!
